Ever wondered how cutting-edge technology meets human compassion to build a more empathetic future for our students? Join us in this story and know the four-level journey behind the creation of our 10 immersive VR experiences!
The story began with a shared commitment: to harness the immersive power of Virtual Reality to build a more inclusive and action-oriented world within our schools. It started at a national level, where experts meticulously analysed curricula to identify 10 vital topics – from the solemn lessons of the Holocaust to the urgency of climate change – ensuring every digital tool was rooted in pedagogical excellence and shared European values.

Yet, the true spirit of this initiative lived within the classrooms themselves. Through a participatory storytelling approach, we brought together the real experts: teachers and students. In dynamic co-design sessions, educators acted as architects of learning, while students became authors of their own digital worlds. Together, they used creative templates to weave narratives that reflected their diverse cultural voices and unique perspectives.

To ensure these stories were both meaningful and accurate, they travelled across borders for a rigorous process of reflection and refinement. Partners worked hand-in-hand to bridge cultural gaps, ensuring every scene – whether exploring ancient democracy or modern digital safety – remained ethically accountable and fact-based. The final result is a collection of 10 high-impact, immersive 360° videos that allow students to step directly into the challenges and triumphs of their shared identity, practising the perspective-taking needed for a more empathetic future.
We invite you to learn about the process here and to witness the results of this extraordinary collaboration by visiting the Project’s YouTube channel, where all 10 videos are now available for exploration!
