This meeting was hosted in Athens, Greece, by IEP, with full participation from all project partners. Held on April 8-9, 2025, the meeting involved key discussions and workshops, contributing to the project’s development in VR-based educational resources.

On the first day, the group reviewed lesson plans and scripts from the first round of development, discussing improvements for clarity, relevance, and cultural sensitivity. The partners agreed to update the lesson plans and use a revised template to ensure uniformity. Additionally, the VR videos were aligned with the lesson plans to enhance classroom use.

On the second day, the discussion centred on the development of an EdTech network and the establishment of a working group for sustainability. Partners agreed on the name “XR4Education Network” and discussed strategies for promoting it. Plans for upcoming training courses, including the “Training of Trainers” session, were also detailed, with participants from each country scheduled for the event in September 2025.

Key outcomes included the finalisation of video shooting schedules in Slovenia and Greece, revisions to lesson plans, and the creation of a comprehensive framework for the quality assurance process. Partners also agreed on deadlines for the next phases, ensuring the project stays on track to meet its goals. The next online meeting will take place on May 21, 2025.

The consortium is committed to the continued development of VR-based educational resources, with an emphasis on cognitive empathy and cross-national collaboration.
